What are the steps which I need to take to work in sitcoms, such as in disneycha!

ok well i used to be in casting at disney.So here are they the 3 things they look for.They look for someone who sticks out and doesn't blend right in to a crowd.They also look for someone who can really sell the character. Also they look for someone who act with what they are given.Well hopes this helps!
You might have a chance. If you audition for plays, you never know who's watching! Maybe if you do get the part on a show, you could meet Miley Cyrus!
Get an agent, or go to a modeling/acting agency like barbizon.
of course you do being hispanic has nothing to do with acting careers you just try and audition as many times as you can and watch one day you'll get that phone call that tells you, you got the part..
Well first to make an audition you call 911-0785 and ask for a guy named Rick. Then you meet at a alley of his choice and you make sweet love to him while eating mochalattes and sippin on gin and juice. After that you get to meet with the casting managers, then maybe, just maybe, you can have an interview. Thats a start.
