Yes! He is way too young to die... He is such a talented actor, especially in 10 things I hate about you, a knight's tale, casanova, etc.
He can't even make it to the premier for 'the dark knight'!
I just feel sorry for him...but I guess it was kinda his fault for taking drugs in the first place.

wasn't his fault he was depressed so he was bound to take sleeping pills =[

RIP- HEATH xox Report It

I'm sure he will be greatly missed, he was a talented young actor and its very saddening to hear of his loss

yes i miss him, i can't believe he died, he was young, i didn't know what to say or how to react. i was speechless. may he rest in peace

    yeah very much!!! :'(

    for the last time, YES.

Please let's all make a vow to stop asking questions like these

    Geez

I miss anyone that dies. Whether I knew them or not.
Come on people have a heart.
He was only 28, and I don't know how he died, but that is way too young.

heath ledger was such a good actor i loved the movie a knights tale i will miss him its sad how actors and actresses some how die really young

i think there are a lot of unanswered questions relating to Heath's death and we will never know the truth, but it's not our truth to know.....I will miss his work, was a fantastic actor but i believe he has gone to a truly better place x

yes. he was a very good actor. i couldn't believe it when i heard he died. its unfortunate.

yes i will very much i remember him on 10 things i hate about you!!... i loved that movie...

Heath was such a sweetheart, at least he seemed that way to me each time I'd see him having an interview, or appearing somewhere (sure, I'd only see it on TV, never live, unfortunetly). I already miss him... his death is such a tragic loss for his family, friends and fans. And Hollywood, no matter how dark it can be sometimes, lost one of its brightest young stars, coz that's what he was, a real bright star. Rest in peace Heath.

Yeah, I'll miss him, he was an amazing actor.

yes...I miss him....he was the best actor in the world.....
    heath 4ever.........with us.---------

I'm gonna miss him. He was a pretty good actor =] and he was hot and all that. You're right it is heartbreaking to know that he will never make another film. He was probably one of the better actors out there from his generation.
    Such ashame, he barely lived.
    RIP - Heath Ledger 1979 - 2008

    nah
    i didnt know him personally

yes. i thought he was lovely and talented...how very tragic. Brokeback Mountain is one of my favourite films..I thought he was superb in it..My heart goes out to all his family and fans...Some people ought to get a heart....Its a shame for anyone to lose their life at such a young age but the man has a 2 year old girl..How very sad for her...

    No, was never a fan.

    Pete ("What the hell?")

I think its a tragedy what happened to him, especially sad for his daughter Matilda Rose. I think he wouldn't have died if that Ratty anorexic twit Mary Kate Olsen would have called 911 not her personal security, she and the masseuse should be taken to court. Very sad he wont make any more movies, and even sadder that he died so young, it was so unexpected and unnecessary.

    no i won't miss him
cause i never knew him personally

No..one less junkie in the world..no matter how cute he was.

Sorry but not really. I didnt know him. When everyone was talking about him dying I didnt know who the heck he was!

Since he wasnt family or a personal friend and I only saw him in a couple of movies that I can barely remember now. No, I cant say that I will be missing him. Having said that, I am sure his real family and real friends will be missing him for years to come. I find this cult of celebrity public sorrow as rather false and somewhat tacky.

Hey, he was an OK actor. But realistically his death does not affect my life in any way. Why is there such an over the top reaction to a someone who has not really produced all that much of a body of work? Perhaps it is a generational thing? Maybe at my age I have seen too many people die who actually meant something to me to spend that kind of emotion on an actor overdosing in Hollywood. Sorry if you think that is insensitive, but I still say that this cult of celebrity death is in bad taste.
