How did MJ become white?!
Question: I've always thought that he had a skin condition called vitiligo where it causes a discolouration of the skin. But my friend told me that he acutally bleached his skin so he became white..if so thats preety messed up. So which one was it...vitiligo or bleaching?

i heard he had vitiligo and he used bleach to cover it up. I knew some one who had it but they just had really really light areas on her face.

i think that it's a combination. i think it is true that he does have vitiligo. however, we don't know how much white skin it caused. i think he uses bleach for the rest of his skin since when he was arrested for child molestation a few years back, the police did find skin bleaching products. overall, all of mj's transformation, including his rhinoplasties and other plastic surgeries is that he's trying to look like peter pan.

Only him and his docs know, but I doubt that its that skin disease, I've heard of it too. I think its bleaching. I think he looked better as a black dude than as a white man, but as long as he's healthy and happy then people should do as they wish. But to me its a little weird to change ones color.

Yes, he started with the vitiligo thing, so he started messin up and surgeons had to do several thing to try to save his face, but he finished really bad.
well Michael Jackson was a very nice looking young man and then he started screwing with mother nature. He sure messed that head up ,didn't he ? the rest of his family is nice looking people. best part of MJ ran down his daddy's leg.
I have heard of said skin condition, too, as my brother in law has it and he tole me that MJ must have bleached his skin, cus it, the disease, happnes in pathches and not over all the whole body. He is lookin for an excuse to be normal.
