what a guy! we will miss him, i hope they re run some of his stuff on telly, it`s so sad he is gone, at no age.

Me too.

R.I.P Jeremy Beadle

Yes he was a good man did an aweful lot of charity work really wasn't expecting him to die. R.I.P.

yeah me too RIP jeremy

So did I, he made me laugh so much, it a terrible shame he died, but what was just as bad is the fact the he stopped appearing on TV all those years ago.

We could do with more programmes like that, I used to love watching some of his pranks.

jeremy gone but not foregotten RIP

Well said. He will be sadly missed.

A very talented man. Entertainment has lost a special and intelligent individual today.RIP Jeremy

what a star, give him a big hand!

I have it on VERY good authority that he had a HUGE you-know-what.

But on the other hand, it was quite small......

It was really sad wasn't it? He was a genuinely nice guy with a big heart and even bigger sense of humour. He'll be in good company amongst some of the greats who are up there waiting for him right now.

A sad loss.

R.I.P Jeremy. you were a large part of my childhood and adult life. You will be sadly missed ;)

The Beadlebum Show on LBC was good.

Angels with harps will be falling off the clouds soon -he will be pushing them off - just for a laugh.

If anyone remembers not the 9 oclock news they did a brilliant take off of game for a laugh-in the 70s

They chopped off a mans wifes head - and when the man started crying - a beadle like character jumped out and said game for a laugh ! and they all stood there laughing (the man too)

I quite liked him but I was amazed that over twenty five years he raised100 million pounds for charity, Paul McCartney, Elton John, Bono and many other mega rich stars could each put that amount into charity tomorrow and not even notice it had gone but they only do charity events to keep their profile up, not really to enrich charities, if only these so called stars had more concern for others as Jeremy Beadle did, that one hundred million pounds could be multiplied many times over and it could be done tomorrow, Jeremy Beadle has gone up in my estimation, I did not know what he did for worthy causes, obviously he did not do it for the publicity and that is very commendable, rest in peace Jeremy, you were a good person.

rest in peace

I love Jeremy Beadle, i can't believe that he died he was only 59! i'll always remember him

Jeremy Beadle was to me, the most annoying man on television but he made a great living out of it.

I was shocked to hear about his death...I dunno ..its the end of January & weve had 2 deaths so far..

R.I.P. Jeremy

God rest his soul.He took a lot of crap off the press but did shedloads for good causes.RIP Jeremy.

R.I.P Jeremy x
thoughts and prayers for his family and friends xx

Very sad news - only 59 years old.

I used to love him too - I can't believe he's gone. RIP Jeremy.

I am a taxi driver,a few years ago i picked up Jeremy from his lovely house in barnet to take him to wentworth golf course. The fare came to £140!! But a childrens charity was paying for his fare,i mentioned to him that this just dosnt seem right,he was very polite and understood what i meant,he then went on to tell me that he is regularly driven around(paid for by the charity/his time comes for free!) and the reason for this is because after playing golf Jeremy is always asked to host the auction and other money raising events. His excact words to me were"I can screw more money out of these upperclass morons than any man on earth, thats why its good business for the charities to get me along" God bless you Jeremy,

I really liked him.
