Question: the only person who can help Britney is Britney. She has to want to get better to stop the destructive behavior, she does not want to stop being selfish and only caring about herself, she does not want to grow up and take responsibility for her actions and until she does no one can help her. You don't know what goes on PRIVATELY. She could have called her, but unlike Dr. Phil, Madonna didn't use it as publicity.
