The boy that played in the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971) as Charlie Bucket (Peter Ostrum) went back into normal living. He, I believe, milks cows for a living. Saw it on a child stars show on VH1.
And tell me, what are Jessica Simpson and Aaron Carter doing that doesn't make them celebrities anymore? I don't know about Aaron Carter, but last I knew Jessica Simpson still appears on the red carpet. She didn't totally remove herself from celebrity-hood.
