I think that it is really not everyone's business, even if they do ask for publicity, you shouldn't care.
I like britneys songs, i like Jamies acting, and thats about it. I dont care what they do outside of the studio.
I feel so bad for them, sure some situations they were in they could've avoided, but some just got out of control. Everyone has their rough patches, we just need to give them some time to cool down and think about what they're going to do about all this.

i think they're a little screwed up. jamie lynn beign pregant at 16 shows that their just,...well, they're just screwed up.
As a mother also, i would get crazy too if someone especially a scumbag guy like fetherline would take my kids away! I think he made her crazy. What kind of father is he, gets a full time nanny right away without even moving a finger on his own and then bragging about what great dad he is.
It is a sad story.

they all need to get together and say "enough!" they are no longer a loving and supportive family. One cause Britney broke down was cuz she has no support from her family. People may find it hard to believe, but that crazy, slutty, woman is still a human and is in need of affection from her family. To sum all this up, no matter how grim the situation is for the Spears, there is still hope to redeem their actions and become a family again.
I think that people should just pay no attention to their problems...people in the real world have the same probs if not worse...and we definitly dont gossip about them right?
i think the whole ordeal is sad. I personally love britney's music but i can't say she is a great role model!! :( But i hope she gets her act together, cause i know everyone will take her back. (hopefully)
I think this is a dysfunctional family that got caught up in the fame and money and glamour. Britney is bipolar and very difficult to manage. Clearly, her parents have had a difficult time reigning her in. First, she is an adult and it is very difficult to force someone to get mental help so the parents hands have been tied until her recent string of erratic behavior made it so clear to the judge that she is in trouble and can't handle her own life. Jamie Lynn got pregnant because her mother allowed her to live with her boyfriend and there was not proper parenting going on. Who knows? Perhaps Jamie Lynn wanted some attention cause it's hard to believe she would be so stupid after all her sister's troubles. For this family there is nowhere to go but up.
The whole family is a mess. I think Dad realized it also, and he got out of it by divorcing Mom. Mom is a publicity hound, she got the girls into show business. Brit got married not once, but twice to losers, lost her kids and now is in the hospital for whatever reason, baby one more time. Jamie, she is pregnant at her age. Mom, after all this, decides that she must know ALL there is to know about parenting, and writes a book, which was cancelled after Jamie announced her pregancy. Now, Brits Dad has been given control of Brits estate, which may be a good thing. I do not know if he has any interest in her future earnings, or future publicity, we shall see. And K-fed? Though certainly far from perfect, he seems to be doing a good job with the children. As far as the money is concerned, I think that Brit should be paying full support to him.

To tell you the truth, it isn't that I like them, but I am glad they are in the public eye. Makes me almost feel like my family is normal!
