Question: You know when someone wants to leave a message for you, well yeah, I want to say somethng like"HEY ITS ME, CALL U BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE" well how do i do that
and when someones calling i want to put a song while the preson is waiting for me to answer

What does this have to do with celebs, hun? Oh well, I'll help you anyhow...
Depends on what kind of phone and service you have. For leaving a phone message type in your phone number into your cell and call it. It will lead you to voice mail. Somewhere during the thing about voice mail it should ask about making a message. As for your ring that people hear, you have to buy that and work it out with your cell service.
Try calling the help hotline for your service or go to the cell's website. There is should give you all the info you need.

Hold down 1 on your phone to go and set up your voicemail and record a message. For the song you have to buy ring back tones. Go to your ringtones your phone comes with and click "get new" where you can usually choose between buying ringtones and RBTs (ring back tones). Hope this helps and best of luck!
