There will probably be a meet and greet. I've been to several Jonas concerts and they all had meet and greets. I got to meet them may times. If you get there early or late, i don't think you would see them because they will probably arrive earlier than you and leave earlier than you through a back door.
Honestly, I am not sure. I do not think anybody knows. This summer i went to a concert and the venue spesifically told me there was NO MEET AND GREET. But they lied! There was a meet and greet at the concert. I think if they did meet and greets at the Hannah Concert, then they will have them at some of the concerts for the Look Me In The Eyes Tour. Just try to listen to a radio station within the area or call the venue when the concert date nears. They might be able to tell you. The radio stations might even be giving away free tickets or backstage passes. Hope I helped and good luck! :) ?
