I know it is not fake, but what they did is take the picture at the perfect moment so it LOOKED like they were kissing on the lips. I saw the episode of the show, which I believe was TMZ. The guy who got the picture explained that they had taken it as they were hugging and giving each other kisses on the cheek.
It looks funny though.
