It was pretty amazing. His performance of Daft Punk was cool. I felt a little underwhelmed until the pyramid opened and Daft Punk showed up. That was rad.
And that second song, well, I was watching it with my family, so I couldn't cry. But later, I watched it alone, and when he said those lines "As we knelt on the kitchen floor/I said, "Mommy, I'm gonna love you 'till you don't hurt no more/and when I'm older you ain't got to work no more/and I'm gonna get you that mansion that we couldn't afford." I cried. Like a baby.

I cant believe I missed that sunday. I just watched his performance on you tube. I love the color effects. I liked that song stronger anyway, especially the song about his mother. Im glad I seen your question.
I'm not a fan of his but when he performed that special version of Hey Momma, I cried like a baby!! He was so close to his mother and I know it still must be hard for him but I'm sure his mother was very proud of him.
