when you go to youtube.com and find the video where she switches off stage and another person comes out, shes lip singing. well duh they lip sing when they make music vids but at least most other singers dont make it so obvious. miley makes it so obvious in the start all over video. anyway, she does lip sing except for when there's a talking part in a song, then she turns her mic on and speaks (like in nobody's perfect)
yes because you know she sings her songs the same exact tone every concert look how the official song looks to the concert the same!!!
