being completley honest, i think there is nothing bad about them. i'm 15 and a guy, and i think its pretty cool to have a successful band, i mean they play their own instruments and write their own songs, so i guess they arent a 'boy band'. i am going to audition for disney soon, and i guess if three guys can make it. i guess i can, i kind of look up to them in that way.

Never really heard any of their music, so I can't say I'm familiar with their artistic talent. It just seems to me that most fans (nearly all of their fans are female teenagers and female pre-teens, and apparently you agree with me that most are female or you wouldn't have asked this question) are enamored with them because of their looks, and not their music.
Case in point, in the "Music" section, a search for "jonas" yields 1,506 questions:
