He should've got a pre-nup. That tramp is gonna take him to the cleaners. and the really crappy part? Part of Paul's fortune is profits from his late wife Linda's estate. I hope "Teather" isn't allow to touch any part of that. That would be beyond wrong.

i agree completely. if she would just keep her mouth shut, she might get what she's asking, but she keeps talking to reporters and telling them she was beaten, etc. THAT is why the whole mess keeps going. if it were up to me, shed get alimony of maybe $50,000 a year, if that. she didnt earn that money, he did!

I REALLY hate Heather Mills...she is so transparent in what she wants, which is obviously his money, and it was her fault initially why the divorce went through. She told everyone that he attacked her and it ain't true. She posed nude for pictures without telling him first, and Paul didn't like it, which caused the destruction of the relationship from there.

$40 million is a lot but the guy is worth anywhere from 500 million to a billion dollars, so that's only like 8-4 % percent of his net worth. He'll hardly miss it.

I can't believe he did not sign a prenup! 10 mil a year is more than enough! For 4 years of marriage she is not entitled to his fortune that he built since the 60's. Since she is so greedy and didn't settle I hope the judge brings it down to 5 mil a year.
40 million dollars is enough money for anybody. If you can't make a go of it on 40 million dollars, there's something wrong with you.
I have to support Heather Mills .. why does everyone automatically take Paul McCartney's side. Heather Mills should get half of his money because she was his wife and he did not get a prenup .. it's not that easy to be someone's wife. If he didn't want to fork up then he should of thought twice before he got married.
