A Day in the Life, Let It Be, Hey Jude. Why? Because they're great songs.
i'm going to cheat, all of them! there are very few groups with that many songs and there isn't a bad one in the bunch! they go from silly, to slick, to deep, to everything in between. there's 10 songs or more for every mood.

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, not only because its like an acid trip, but it's also a little creepy, like how the girl with kalidascope eyes just keeps opping up out of nowhere.
HELP! because it was one of John Lennons favorites and he wrote it to express the overwhemingly fast rise to fame... Paul McCartney had to sing most of it because Lennons voice was trashed from touring so much... Paul only helped complete it for a couple of hours after john wrote it at his apt.
I saw this license plate on Monday that read "Beetle5" but the font it was in looked like Beetles. That was a clever use for a name that had long been taken.
