I don't know...he's just making movies like everyone else does...showing his point of view. You can either believe it or not....people who get all riled up about it are obviously threatened for some odd reason.
And no-one will get pissed about a movie that shows people getting murdered and raped...but they'll get mad about some movie concerning health care.....

Oh, maybe because he twists truths to fit his ******** view, makes movies and presents his view as truth?

because he is more than just stating his view, he is trying to deceive people, and there are alot of ignorant people that it's working on.
People hate Michael Moore cause they choose to ignore the truth and they regard him as foolish and one-sided. Well they shouldn't because Michael Moore is bringing them the truth. People refuse to accept the truth and regard everything he says as propoganda because they have been so brainwashed to stop thinking for themselves and to believe the lies of the corrupt government. People think that his movies are one-sided and are a bunch of propaganda and I have one thing to say to those people: What do you call the bullcrap that is all over the news these days? Or all the lies that are told by the government. Thats what real propoganda is. That's what brainwashing is. Thats what one-sided is. They want you to think the way they want you to think. Michael Moore is bringing the truth to the American people, and it is widely rejected cause people haven't woken up to the truth yet. HE IS NO WAY TRYING TO DECIEVE PEOPLE, HE IS JUST TRYING TO LET THE AMERICAN PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT THINGS THAT THEY DON'T KNOW ABOUT. ITS THIS GOVERNMENT THAT IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE IGNORANT AMERICAN PEOPLE. ITS THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THAT IS TRYING TO DECIEVE PEOPLE.
I think that people hate Michael Moore because he gives an opinion that people don't agree with. I don't see the big deal. He does his research and makes it into a documentary. If you don't agree with his opinion because he "twists the truth" then prove him wrong. If he is such a liar then do your own research and make your own documentary. You don't have to agree with him. If you don't like someone, then turn away. It isn't difficult.
