Look up the Hannah Montana audition videos that Miley did. She was 12 when she auditioned for the role. You should look at her size, I guess. She's pretty skinny though. Don't go overboard and try to lose too much weight and all that.

If your 12 years old worrying about whether or not your skinny, you have more problems then just auditioning for the Disney Channel. Be yourself and if they don't like it, their loss!
