Jonas Brothers going on going international with Avril Lavigne!?!?!
Question: yep it's true! Jonas Brothers will be opening up for her! On Perez hilton he says that having the Jonas Brothers there will help her get more money so basically she's using them. Anyways do you think JB should go on tour with her? I personally think they should take a break i bet their exhausted. and go on another tour when they get their own break.

Opening for Avril Lavigne will be great exposure for the Jonas Brothers at an international level. I am so happy for the boys and I hope they will soon come back to Canada. They have so many fans around the World.
I am super glad that they have become so known so quickly after signing with Disney, I think it is the best thing they could have done, although now that they are with Disney many people think they are just another boy band. Their true fans know that is a complete and utter lie.
To the person that says the Jonas Brothers are bad or don't deserve this fame, you are completely wrong. They have been touring non-stop and just because they are signed with Disney doesn't mean they are your average Disney band. They are amazing and deserve every good thing that they are getting.
The tour with Avril though will surely tire them out as they currently have an ongoing two year tour. Oh well, those boys can do anything.

Avril Lavigne is desperate. Why the HELL did she have the Jonas Brothers? I mean, they're teenage wasteland.
Both suck anyway. Boys Like Girls aren't my cream of the crop, but I'd rather them than Jonas Gay Lovers and Avril the Pop Princess Sell-Out.
I LOVE the Jonas Brothers, Avril and BLG but either way the Jonas Brothers were going on a summer tour in Europe so might as well help out a music friend.
I agree it is an odd choice. Avril is a BEAST. But it makes sense to get them in front of her international audiences that have had limited exposure to them, and they have been planning that for some time. So, I am sure they will pace themselves and be fine.
As for the above comment - MTV sheep can say what they will about the Jonas Brothers because of their Disney connection but its a total misrepresentation.
Anyone who has ever seen them perform (they've been touring more or less non-stop for 2-3 years, since before Disney) knows they are actually musicians and great stage performers. They are able to improvise the music that they themselves have WRITTEN and composed, and in their own context they put on a great show with no artifice - just their music, in t-shirts and jeans, with great energy.
They don't need BS gimmicks or faux-alternative/emo/punk themes to entertain. They are more true to themselves than most of the stuff you see on MTV and they have a better sense of music history than these other fameseeker acts I have read about.
Avril & BLG will be LUCKY to share the stage and open road with them.
