I saw the movie twice and it is one of the best movies I have seen... She won the Golden Globe for this and I predict she will win the Oscar. Julie Christie is the favorite and Marion is 2nd. I think she will surprise everyone and win....I own it on DVD and also have the sound track.......

I was hoping to see Helena Bonham Carter in the nominations for best actress for her role as Mrs. Lovett.
Poorly she's not in it.
