Well, if you're referring to the stuff they show on disney channel, they just took out the sound to the video and played her cd, basically. So she isn't really lip syncing, but that isn't what she really sounds like.
I haven't been to any concerts of hers, so I can't say for sure, but it sounds as if she might for one song so she can just focus on dancing, because let's face it, even the best can sing and dance perfectly at the same time.

i think she lip sync sometimes....she have to because she have to sing AND dance at the same time...she'll be exhausted....

No, she doesn't. At her concert they were playing her singing in the background. But you could tell when she got really tired and stopped singing for a second that she was NOT LIPSING.

Ok well first of all, this is going to sound so dumb. But I read everything there is to know about Miley, watch everything on TV, and all that. I am OBSESSED. Shes my favorite, so hopefully youll trust my answer. I know pretty much everything there is to know.
She doesnt lip sync. I listened to her concerts on youtube, the movies and such. I didnt go, but my friend did and she told me about it. Her voice sounds completely different than on the CDs. And my friend said that when she was backstage she could hear Miley on stage making loud breathing noises when she was out of breath.
Just a rumor. Although for like a minute she had a body double go out in her same clothes so that she could change into her Miley outfits and take off the wig. Not like its some scandal, they even stated it on the the 3D concert movie.

They play her music and then she sings with it. Except for in Nobody's Perfect in that part where she talks, she is actually talking. And you can here her run out of breath sometimes. Go miley
Of course she does!! She sounds so awful when she sings on the show or on the cd, but think of how she would sound live?! I mean, they can fix her voice and everything when she's on the show, but she totally lip syncs live. I've seen the 3D movie. They show her up close and its very obvious that she's faking it!! And you can see the whole body double thing on the 3D movie too.
