Question: Gary Busey *is* screwed up. People have been commenting on his mental instability for years, so there's no reason to be shocked by it now. ... And honestly? It was kind of funny to watch. I wouldn't want to ever be the target of his attention, but it's not like anyone was in danger. I'm sure that all of his victims from that day will be just fine; I doubt that Jennifer Garner, Ryan Seacrest or the 11-year-old "reporter" are going to need therapy as a result.

Mr. Busey has been screwing his life up royally for about 15 years now, so it wouldn't surprise me if he did it again!
I think he is a highly talented musician/actor - but unfortunately, he has a serious mental health problem and needs counseling. I am not saying this to be mean or cruel, but clearly, he is out of control with his aberrant, invasive and incoherent behavior at the Oscar's Red Carptet event. Gary Busey needs an "intervention" and some psychotherapy, cognitive therapy and counseling.
His wierd and strange behavior at the Oscars Red Carpet event was clearly a "cry for help." I think he will be the next "psychiatric celebrity meltdown" like Britteny Spears and Lindsey Lohan. Instead of being harsh and ridiculing these out of control celebrites - we should have genuine compassion for them - and see them guided to comprehensive mental health treatment.
I can't stand trashy tabloid gossip about celebrities - it is so cruel. Instead the public should encourage celebrities who committ strange, aberrant and psychologically unbalanced behavior to get mental health counseling
No, he just wants people to think that. he knows controversy leads to publicity and good or bad, publicity is publicity and actors or actress's need that.
