Hard to say, as she has been at Uni in Leeds, England, and he has (it's just come out) been fighting in Afghanistan since just before Christmas. So the fact that they have not been seen together at all probably has more to do with that than whether they are still an "item" or not. He's being shipped back to England now, so maybe we'll know soon.
