My friend met her and she is not very nice..so I don't know if you want to meet her...but look on her website for tickets for her concerts. They have exclusive tix where you can get backstage and meet her but they are expensive. Her tour right now is the Best Damn Tour.
go to her concert really early and ask the guy in the suit to hook you up.
