Fergie is mine and I would just be myself and say " What's up?" They are just like you and I and have to take care of business too lol
I'd use the restroom and respect the privacy of the celeb. I've done this in the past and was rewarded with their smile.

Well, I'd go outside and check which restroom I went into because I'd wonder why Scarlet Johanson was taking a poo with me.
But if it were a guy celebrity, like Johnny Depp, then I'd let him do his business and leave. He's just a guy, I just happen to like his movies.
I'd probably be a geek, and smile and say hello. Then I'd allow them to go about their business. I've seen several celebs who live in my area, (Fairfield County, CT) and they seem to appreciate a quick nod of recognition.
First of all, I'd have to question if I was in the right restroom, or if she was. I know it's almost cliche now a days, but my favorite celeb is Alba. Been a fan of her for at least a good 10 years now (since she was on Flipper).

Actually i know a girl who walked into a restroom and was face to face with hilary duff.. She was kind of nasty to my friend.. but who talks to a celeb while they're trying to pee? give these people some peace! lol.
i would faint and then tell them they are in the wrong bathroom. my favorite celebrity is adam sandler because he is funny and kind of cute
