Well, after winning the oscar, people will hopefully learn more about her and what she does. she is a great actress. it's just because the american film industry is the biggest in the world, it had the monopoly of movies, and other movies theatres can't afford to bring foreign films, cuz they are scared that they will not make a profit. it's nice to know the oscars appreaciate everyone.
