i tried to get tickets and all you have to do is go to ticketmaster, search jonas brothers, click on the first one with their picture on it, click on what concert you want to go to, and they should give you the option of regular tickets or VIP tickets.

No, you dont have to be in the area to become a vip member. but there are websites where a head of time you sign up and pay and when the concert comes out you could be on a vip list.
Nope you can get them anywhere you would like to. I love the Jonas Brothers. More Nick and Joe than Kevin though. Anyway if you are going to a concert ENJOY!!!!!!!!!!
