Question: its currently being held back until march 12 after the judge ruled his breath test WAS admissible despite defense arguing it was illegally obtained.
unless there is another argument or delay a ruling on the case should be made on that date. No news yet as to whether he will appear on that date or not yet as he has failed to appear at any so far.
