Do black filmmakers get judged unfairly just because they're black ?!

i personally don't think so both black and white filmmakers, actors and actresses all have had bad films they made or starred in every thing they do is not always going to come out on top.

Some people do judge black fairly because they are racists, but it won't come out in public due to the fear of losing not only their jobs but their reputation as well, therefore we won't truly know. I would have to say that Oprah, Spike Lee, Tyler Perry, etc. are unfairly juged because critics give someone a bad rating if they (critic) doesn't personally like the performance. So maybe the critics that rate them don't like their performances.
