Also she was born in Salvador, Brazil. According to Article II section 1 of the United States Constitution, the President must be at least 35 years of age and a native born U.S. citizen. So Adriana Lima cannot be the President of the United States.
However, if she were to become President she would be the first woman, the second Catholic (JFK being the first) and presumably the first virgin President.
