Why did paris and nicole stop being mates for awhile, does anyone know?!
Question: I seriously doubt you will find an "insider" who knows these people and has first hand knowledge of why they stopped being friends. That being said, here is my understanding from some tabloids I read while at work.
Nicole invited some friends over to watch something on the TV. Then as a joke she played Paris's "leaked" porno video.
Paris got angry and stopped speaking to her. The end.

Here it is: Paris brought Nicole into the show The Simple Life... the worldwide fame and exposure wasn't equal... Nicole was jealous of the attention Paris recieved and Nicole was kind of ignored plus whenevr Paris introduced Nicole to non-famous non-rich friends Nicole was always rude... also acted out... treated them like s***

I read that when Paris was hosting SNL, Nicole got jealous and threw a party for everyone to watch SNL, but instead of putting that on, she put Paris' sex tape on. I also heard Nicole was jealous of being called the "fat one" and being made to hold Paris' bags while photographs took pictures of her.
what i heard was that apparently paris thought that nicole was jelouse of her etc... and she even wrote a song about it omg how gay is that
