Question: To say that I do not like this man would be an understatement.

If I had been a judge I would have thrown him back in jail for pleading guilty to a crime he now says he did not commit..
Francis believed the women his company filmed in 2003 were over 18 because they signed agreements stating they were of legal age.
OH YEAH... All the kids on spring break are over 18 and NONE of them are going to LIE about it..

look im in no way sticking up for this man but what kind of kids were these not very good if they wanted to get naked on tv and they arent even 18 yet he makes videos its what he does he usually set up in one spot and the girls come to him so im just saying it takes 2 to tango they may have been minors but the knew what he was doing wasnt right and they did it anyway thats parental issues if you ask me add him in and its a reciepe for trouble

He does a lot of the setting up in bars...so shouldn't the bars be getting in trouble too? What about IDs? Did these girls have fake IDs? It definitely takes two to tango. Were the girls tried as adults? Would that even work (talk about irony)? I also agree that Francis should have been more careful about verifying ages and therefore deserved a punishment. I think 11 months in jail was appropriate for his non-violent crime. And if he was crying all the way to jail, then you know he'll be sure to dot his i's and cross his t's in the future.
I'm glad you're not a judge though. People plead guilty to crimes they don't believe they committed all the time. It allows them to pretty much be guaranteed a shorter/lesser sentence instead of the chance of receiving a huge sentence.
It seems like 'everyone' is paying the Piper.
