Who was smoother, Elvis, Roy Orbison or Johnny Cash?!


Question: Well, vocally, Roy Orbison was by far the smoothest. The other two readily admitted that.

Character-wise is more of a judgement call. For me, Johnny Cash was the smoothest (cool acting) dude, of those three.

    • Not sure what you mean by smooth. Looks, best to worst, Elvis, Johnny, Roy. Can't do that with their talents, they are different genres and I like them all. Maybe you mean smooth talker, can talk you into anything? Maybe Johnny.
    Elvis - but all three were great and they are missed .
