it's his actual tongue. He's special, that's it, that's all.

gene simmons had the piece of skin that connects the bottom of your tounge to the bottom your your mouth cut so he can extend his tounge llonger.
either his tongue is long or he just has the ability to stick it out farther.his son has the same long tongue so i know its real.
There is no story to it. That's his tongue it is just longer then most.
I think it's a real tongue, because a friend of mine has the SAME long tongue too!
