Demand for Glastonbury tickets is down this year... why?!

Question: Michael Eavis has said demand for Glastonbury tickets is down this year compared to last and he feels this may be something to do with the choice of headline act which this year is Jay Z. My feelings are that he made too much fuss about encouraging younger people to attend making it clear he was fed up with so many "oldies" coming year after year as he wanted it to be a young persons festival.

Pilton festival is past its sell by date!

I remember it before the fences went up.

it went too commercial, and then mean fiddler security got involved, which took away its spirit.

Hopefully this will be the last ever one, and a better venue will replace it.

Its not even in Glastonbury!

Maybe if you asked this in the MUSIC category you would find out.

I really wanted to go to Glasto this year, but then i heard whos going... and i don't want to now!

I missed the bestest Glastonbury ever, that was last year.
The Killers headlining, I wish they would again. :-(

Jay-Z headlining is a shot in the foot.
