I think the CMA Board were trying to think of a way to sell out the show this year and what better way than to have her host it with as many crazed fans as she has, willing to pay thousands of dollars for tickets. This way all the people who didn't get the luxury of catching her on tour can pay a smaller price and still see her live, along with many other country stars. I'd be willing to be just about anything that the majority of the people sitting in the seats at the show will be kids and their mom's.
