i think its just an arm band. i hate it on my posters in my room too. some girls are saying it counts his blood sugar levels but i highly doubt that considering its on both arm and is just a thin band
i ahve no idea i have a poster in my rooom and hes wearing the same outfit and its on his arm and i always was wondering what it is. maybe its like part of the outfit. lol idk
