Whos the best rapper out now?- T-Pain, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, or Flo Rida?!

I love Kanye's music but he's hardly the best rapper. T-pain, I wouldn't at all consider a rapper. Flo rida, is okay but his style is too similar to Twista and every other fast rapper I've ever heard.
Lil' Wayne is probably the best of who you've mentioned but he's not as good as Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z, Talib Kwali, Rakim, and a host of other rappers. $hit, he's not even as good as Redman, and Redman's lyrics be pure nonsense- but his flow is nice.

Out of those, Lil Wayne but only because of the Carter I. He is heavily overrated in my opinion. None of those can compare to the artists of the 90's. If the new commercial rap is your style though, more power to you.
