Probably Katherine Hepburn. She broke all the rules, with such energy, grace, and determination. She was beautiful and talented, she radiated electricity and sex appeal, she could do comedy or drama. She wore pants when women didn't wear pants. The great love of her life was another woman's husband. She was a tremendous athlete, when women athletes were few. She didn't want to get married. She bucked the studio star system. And she never, never let anyone tell her how to live her life.
