Daniel Johnston. Check him out! He is very creepy but his music is very catchy! He was semi-popular in the late 80's and early 90's. If you ever catch his documentary watch it! He suffered many mental illness.

I would definetly have to say it would a tie between Marilyn Manson & Michael Jackson. I mean have you ever seen Manson's videos, there way out there & Jackson's nose and pale complexion is enough to send me running for the hills! These 2 are def. Creeps!
