i think they definately should. seriously, alot of the population has done exactly the same things they have, made the same mistakes and such. but people put such scrutiny on them becuase theyre famous.
for example, with brittany's " unfit parenting" becuase a paparazzi snapped a pic of her almost dropping her kid. honestly, which mom HASN'T done that? where you slip a wee bit. c'mon now

Not really. Cus they are the one who did that to herself. They're just kinda so strange..and they only want 'fun' and no hardworking. Even if they have that, it must be only 10%. And usually, such artist are sooo rich and already rich. Like Paris and Lindsay, also Britney and others. They're soooo rich.
Britney and Lindsay definetly should. They have genuine talent. Paris on the other hand, deserves all the negative press she gets.
A second chance by whom? They have lost the respect of the nation. They have lost the respect of parents who wanted them to be role models for their young daughters. What is left? It is all said and done. They can't take it back. I just hope our daughters and granddaughters know better than to behave like girls with no value system, no idea of what is appropriate. All young ladies should have a good time. It doesn't have to include drinking and exposing your clit.
I support Britney coz she's gone through alot lately like the divorce to K-Fed & loosing her kids. But i think the press should lay off all of them coz after all THEY'RE JUST HUMAN! Most of the worlds adolesent do or have tried drugs & alcohol
