Because that song isn't very popular compared to her other singles. And singers usually perform the most wanted or most popular songs according to what their fans would want to hear.
Because she's like Miley Cyrus and The Jonas Brothers and any number of performers nowadays in that she can't really sing.The one time I heard her not lipsynch,it sounded like somebody stomping a bag of cats.
