johnny depp is lovely....although not his best look....i think the pirates trilogy is the best he has looked.
In Sweeney Todd he just looks like an older, more mature verison of Edward ( Edward Scissorhands), and also similar to Ichabod Crane In Sleepy Hollow.
He definitely suits the role. I don't agree on the hot part, though.

Definitely not just you. Johnny is hot in everything but I know where you are coming from. There is something about his portrayal of Sweeney Todd. Wouldn't kick him out of bed for beheading someone.
