I have seen that picture so many times. And I thought it was a tatoo at first too. but she admits to people magazine. That that was pin marker.
When I clicked your link I didn't see a pic. I think she is a spitting image of her father - can't act, can't sing and not attractive

I have to disagree with the two who answered before me. I think she is adorable. My daughter (ten years old) loves her. We went to her concert and watch her t.v. show often. I think she is cute more often than she is pretty. However, it shouldn't really matter one way or another as I find she is a great role model for young girls. It sure beats looking up to people like Paris Hilton who has found her fame and fortune by NOT working for it ... there are no nude photos of Miley floating around anywhere ... she comes from a great home, has good parents as role models, actually has morals and ethics ... and she can sing!
