I love how everyone says he's messing up his career and comparing him to Lilo or Paris.
1) Smoking unlawfully will not send you down the path of hardcore drugs and partying until you find yourself faced down on the road.
2) Getting 'arrested' for not leaving a walgreens, does not make you a criminal.
Those are MINOR misdemeanors. They wont ruin anything for him. He's 21, he's going to make mistakes. He just has to make them in front of the public, which has got to suck ***. Give the kid a break.
