While she clearly has a track record of being a brat, how many people who've flown with BA recently would want to do exactly what she did... she had only given them the bag a short time previously and they "lost" it - not like it was a transfer or anything particularly tricky... merely, this bag goes there... makes me wonder if one of their employees wasn't having a snoot about in it or not.
I wonder if BA can be banned from flying people for a little bit, as they've done a whole lot worse than shout a bit and given someone the odd slap?
