Avril is only touring for when they are outside of the U.S

I think it may be Avril!

More likely Avril, Demi hasn't really gotten her start as a singer yet.

I'm pretty sure its Avril too Im going to see them in concert in Ohio i think july 27 or 8th

Oh well I am going against everyone because I thought that it was going to be Demi but I could be wrong here...
