Society does the same thing that it does with whatever else is too different for them. Why do u think racism still exists? People refuse to accept that people are different. Although Michael Jackson is a little out there, people should look at how he grew up. The person that accused him of molesting that child, just wanted money out of him and figured he'd be an easy target. The child never confirmed that he did that and even told the school counselor that Michael was like a father to him and would never do those things. Media refuses to look at that bit of information because negative publicity is more "exciting". People basically love drama lol
