In my opinion Miley Cyrus' dad, Billy Ray is playing off her fame!. I am sure when her life is a wreck, he will want to head on back to the hills of Kentucky for worse the wear!. She didn't just up and go to Hollywood on her own!. He only had one hit, "Achy Brakey Heart" decades ago!. Guess cause he was on dancing with the stars that gave him a comeback!. Oh, and the little kid show his daughter is on!. One day when it is too late, like Jessica Simpson's dad and Brittney Spears' mom, he has made a mess, he will realize!.
