becuz she has another bestfriend whos name is lesley patterson and they have known eachother since they were like 5 or 6 and lesley lives bcak in tenessee and mandy has jsut started being mileys bff but lesley has been mileys bff for a long time and theyre still close but since miley cant see lesley all the time since they live apart shes been gettin closer to mandy thats why

But since she is filming the hannah montana movie in tennesse Leslie is always on set with her!. So Miley always says Mandy is my best friend from Cali!. and Leslie is my best friend in Tennesse!.

ive been wanting to know that myself your right miley says My best friend Leslie says oh shes just being Miley On a commerical when they were interviewing Miley about her 1st tour after her cd 2nd she goes Yeah, it was pretty Cool cause I got to take my BFF leslie!.
