i mean, yes they entertain us, but come on!. there is so much poverty in the world, along with a now struggling middle class and these people are swimming in money!. any opinions!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I have no problem with paying talented singers, actors, actresses, etc loads of money for their talent!. The talented ones tend to make the bigger donations to world organizations, stay out of LA and the paprazzi, and tend to have a good head on their shoulders!. It's not the celebritites making a lot of money that infuriates me, it's the people like Paris Hilton who do nothing and make millions!. Or the people like Lindsay Lohan who are young, beautiful and talented and choose to piss away their money and fame and talent because they have a drug habit or whatever!.
Furthermore: Stop bitching and start a revolution!. If you have an issue with an issue, do something about it!. Do something to change it!. You may be one person, but all it really takes is one person!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Me!!! I do! They get paid ridiculous amounts of money because people idolize and worship them for some reason!. I see tons of better looking, smarter and more talented people in my daily life but people would rather fork over their money to become involved in a celebrity life of someone they don't know!. It's thoughtless entertainment!. Don't get me wrong, I'm guilty of enjoying that industry but if we didn't make them out to be more than what or who they are, that money would probably be going elsewhere!. If you ask them though, they would probably say they work hard for the money and I'm sure you would say the same thing about the money you make!. So, even though there is poverty and struggling economies, they are entitled to their money if that is what people are willing to pay them!. If they had to give it up then we would be living in a communist society!. And they aren't going to stop making the money because then they would probably go on strike and there would be countless angry fans!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
They are not the only ones!. I'd like to know why the CEO's of major companies (like insurances) are out golfing on my buck when I bust my butt!. There are a lot of famous people who are not rich, they only appear to be!. (ex:Bobby Brown) There are a lot of people who have low profile jobs that take home huge paychecks and don't contribute to society at all!. And then there are people like Elizabeth Noyce (Libra Foundation) who do absolutely fabulous things with their money!. And don't think that just cause you don't hear of them doing things with their money that they aren't!. Many people view giving as a private personal thing and there are many of them that 'give back'!.
I get more upset about the high costs of concert tickets than anything but that many times is going to the crew and cost of traveling (oil) and accommodations rather than the artist!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

If you stared in a movie that opened with 78 Million in sales you would want your share!. You wouldn't be happy wil 50 thousand dollars for making a movie that generated 78 million, would you!?
It is only fair to give the stars a percentage of what they generate!.

I think it's ridiculous!. What could you possibly use all of that money for!? I think it's something we could do without!. I think the most important jobs should be paid the most and celebrities do not have what I call "important" jobs!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
